Refund Policy

OptionScience publishes digital educational research products — historical case studies, backtested reports, and educational playbooks. These are research documents intended for independent study; they are not investment advice, trading recommendations, calls, tips, or signals.

Once payment is verified, access to the protected report viewer is granted instantly to your OptionScience account. Because the research is delivered electronically and can be read, copied, or screenshotted immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable. See our Digital Delivery Policy for delivery specifics.

If a technical fault on our side prevents you from accessing a research product you purchased — for example, the report fails to unlock after a verified payment, or the protected viewer returns an error — please email support@optionscience.com within 7 days of purchase with your order ID. We will investigate and, where appropriate, restore access at no cost, re-issue the product, or process a refund to the original payment method.

If you accidentally purchased the same report twice from the same account, contact support within 7 days of the duplicate transaction and we will refund the duplicate charge after verification.

OptionScience does not promise, predict, or warrant any trading or investment outcome. Refunds will not be issued because:

• a historical backtest did not behave the same way in current market conditions;
• you experienced a loss in your live trading or investing account;
• you changed your mind after reading the report;
• the research conclusions did not match your personal expectations.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting support may result in your OptionScience account being suspended pending investigation. We strongly prefer to resolve any issue directly — please reach out first.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically settle within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
